“Wow, the staff went above and beyond!! Having booked a family room with half hours notice (due to car breaking down) the staff could not do enough for us. They went out of the way to turn a terrible day into a pleasant stay. The room was huge and had everything we needed ….they even made a goody bag for the children for our return journey. Thank you…we will be back under better circumstances!! : )”
