I had the most disappointing service at Next wren park today 13/11/23. I was returning an online purchase. It was a dress which I had obviously tried on. Still a great man shop… Easy access to the men’s department as well as changing rooms. Staff really helpful have good banter. Good selection of shoes and nicely laid out. Directional lighting towards the garments is a plus. It’s also got a Home section upstairs and a Costa coffee.
