“I think its terrible that they don't refund on medicines. I purchased some Nytol thursday 14th, not reading the ingredients on purchase day but then in the evening realizing that they contain lactose and unfortunately for me I am lactose tolerance. So tried to get a refund friday 15th and they would not refund me, the box was untouched un opened ?”
“There is a Portuguese woman who works there. I would recommend she gets another job as she clearly hates all the other staff and extremely rude to customers. It’s so hot in there for everyone, but they cannot have the air conditioning on as she doesn’t like it. Everyone else there was lovely and helpful. July 2022”

“Bit slow sometimes but to be fair they are very busy. Apart from that, they're efficient, have a wide range of stock and can order anything not in stock for the next day. Also open til 7pm which is a godsend for most working folk. All in all a pretty good chemist”

“Recently I had some tests carried out at this pharmacy - and the pharmacist was punctual - efficient - and the staff were polite - the tests were undertaken very professionally - and my results clearly explained. I also collect my repeat prescriptions from this pharmacy and have found them very efficient in the dispensing of them - they have always advised immediately if there were shortages - and have obtained the medicines as soon as they could. A very busy pharmacy but the staff always have a smile.”
