“Thought I'd just say 'you are appreciated for the service you are providing' I was feeling pretty unwell last week and picked up a prescription from you. The queue was out the door and I could see how hard you were working. You kindly put together my prescription all the while dealing with some rude, inpatient and obnoxious people. With a smile you give me my prescription, advised me on how I could save money on my repeat prescription and said ' I hope you feel better soon'... Thank you for your time and shame on those people who have nothing better to do then moan and winge at you.”

“Very helpful as the doctor cannot even seem to do a repeat prescription but they always help me out. My mothers 93 and the doctors don't seem to care, the pharmacy have to chase them for her medication. Thanks to them they get it. Nhs more interested in going on strike!”

“I was helped by Tina and Chai when the pharmacy next door (Arrowedge) refused to do a prescription for my nearly one year old as they closed in ten minutes even though they were the only pharmacy in the area that had the antibiotics my daughter needed. I went into Lloyds on the off chance someone could help, these two ladies were so empathetic and managed to go to the other pharmacy and "borrow" a bottle for me. Chai hand wrote the prescription as their system was down and I managed to leave with the antibiotics my girl needed. As a mother I cannot thank these women enough that my child might not be in as much pain when she goes to sleep tonight, they didn't need to help me yet they went above and beyond and I am so greatful.”
