“Shopping was no problem, staff were very pleasant and helpful with our enquiry.Biggest issue for the store and others in the same area is the size, layout and accessibility of the carpark.We went midweek, in day time, so access into and parking was easier but in busier times and darkness it will be quite chaotic and frustrating”
“Prices don't always seem to match those online. Carry a decent range of trainers but clothing is a little more limited - it's not the largest store inside but carries a decent amount considering. Staff always seem to be rushed off their feet (not their fault) so a wait for trainers/service is to be expected.”

“Great range of designer glasses and sunglasses for all face shapes at reasonable price. I went in to pick out new frames and dealt with Sam in the store. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and adviced on best frame to suit my face. Glasses arrived ahead of schedule and I have recently went back in for frame adjustment to Sam. Again, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!”

“Quite a big store with free parking, There is lots of choice and a good selection of childrens clothes. I went during the sale and got a few bargains. The staff at the till were really friendly and helpful. i had to return a pair of trousers and they were great, there was no fuss, no forms to fill in or questions asked just a quick refund which is all you want.”

“Seems to be well stocked. Disappointed they haven't got staff now to help elderly, disabled or just weaker customers with heavier purchases. We had to rely on a helpful security guard to help us put bags in our cart.Excuse is they can't afford to hire more staff. I personally don't believe it. It's all about keeping profits high.”

“Brilliant personalised service ...manager is friendly and extremely helpful. Sales assistant was fab as she and the manager helped us to get our child (asd if you know, you know what it's like) shoes successfully, always go there and never meet without a warm welcome. Staff make the success of the store!”
