It's awesome and they always have a great selection the only thing that ruined it was the member of staff who served us was pretty ignorant and was more preoccupied with talking to someone else, and we specifically told her not to give us au de toilette and she gave us it anyway, good job we noticed when we checked the bag! We made her change it.”

“Recently took my megane 225 in for a sidelight bulb replacement as everywhere else was struggling to do it with the renaultsports having accessibility issues with the lights. Paul managed to do both bulbs in 15 minutes and was a great help without any issue.”

“I rather like shopping at Ann Summers. There's a lot of selection, and despite being somewhat highly priced you do get what you pay for. There are staff on hand to help out, and changing rooms if you want to try something on etc, all good really, although the manageress could gently cool her heels a little, she seems over the top sometimes, even slightly condescending.”

“I never shop in this store only was in as I was visiting elsewhere nearby. I must say, the trolley man was 1 of the most helpful pleasant people I've came across in years.... It was his wife's birthday that week, around 20-25th Nov I'd think... He seen immediately my bags were too heavy, took them all off me and took them to my car. We had a little chat... What an absolute credit to your store.... Thank you, wish I'd got his name.... But I see he's in other reviews.... An absolute gem... ?”
