The customer service did what I asked but they weren’t very professional they talked like they didn’t care about the customer I don’t think I will be ordering from here again.

Ordered multiple times chaffing dishes for buffet use , two rice cookers made in Germany, and lamp warmer . Tiny human mistakes are rectified in a very professional matter and dealt with ASAP.Highly recommended ?!Fan Thai Sticks team Chelmsford Essex.
