40 minutes waiting to get served , definitely need more counters and more staff.....absolutely ridiculous

Waited 9 days for new card. Went to cash machine and it rejected the number, same number I've had the entire accounts life. Now its another possible 10 days plus to go through the reminder that they have to send then order full new card and number.I MEAN COME ON!!GD USELESS!!!!!

Disgraceful to log in or even get the app i am disabled but will get to the bank and get my money out.it is doing my head in cant continue like this it says cant get in stupid i know that ,cyer tomorrow ,its taken me months to get the app and still cant .i had no trouble ever in over 20 years with yorkshire bank my mind... read full comment
