Disgusting attitude of woman called Chris at customer services today. Stated a fact that the Manager said was untrue and then was extremely rude.

Shocking customer service first time here, went to self checkout as hardly any checkouts open,no bags so said excuse me to scan and go person, before I could ask for a bag( which were behind her, in a cupboard) I was told I'm on scan and go you have to wait for someone to come I said I just need a bag hand up again and told that someone will turn up with a bag. I don't get why bags aren't readily available like the ones where we live...won't be going back to this one amd if it happens at ours I wont be going there either! Don't bother with your standard response as it looks like it's the same drivel to every negative review. Unless you want to explain why bags aren't available but I doubt you will!

Went there Friday.Petrol - you have to drive up to a window and lean out to pay - rubbish system and this time went to the wrong pump - Pay at the pump. other supermarkets have an option button to pay at kiosk - not here. went to Tesco instead. In the store: the attendants at self service now have to carry a supply of carrier bags on their arm - apparently people have been stealing them. Pathetic - after an hour or so they will have sore arm, be taking time off sick, and hopefully sue their greedy bosses for the injury.Raita: aren't you supposed to chop the cucumber ??Chapatti: £1.60 for 2 !!!! Not thin enough - more like Nan and not proper chapatti flour.

Kids can?t complete the purchase at the Scan & Go at tills, It?s apparently in the terms and conditions that nobody reads, So if you have a kid that likes using the Scan as you Shop, Don?t come here, In every single other shop, It?s not a problem, But here it?s like it?s some sort of crime.

The store no longer cares for its customers. It only had one till on today, the queue went for metres away from the tills. When I spoke to the manager she said this was her protocol and told to use the self service.I am a pensioner and cannot manage with them.I would to sack all the management as they are all pathetic

Sprouted potatoes, some fresh produce (vegetables) are over refrigated (rot after thaw), grapes has reduced from 400g to 375g and getting bitter and smaller lately. Was my favourite shopping spot, but started to shop around for better value and quality.

It's ASDA, decent produce at reasonable prices, it made a change to have decent customer service, both when we asked for help locating produce and how quick they came on the self checkout, knocked a star off cos the main toilets were out of order, so everyone was using either the disabled or the baby changing room.

Could be more customer oriented instead of priority for click n collect parcels.

Pizza counter closed early, freezers low on frozen pizza, staff unfriendly, beggar in the foyer, petrol station closed, man wandering car park trying to sell fake iPhone, trolleys chained up. Just a bad night at ASDA.

Very busy on a Friday night, and only 2 people on checkout. Queues could be managed better if Asda stopped trying to save on staffing costs by introducing more and more self-service checkouts.

we are a couple in our 70's. at 8am 26 March after buying fuel for motorhome we went to put air in our tyres but for some reason my husband could not do it. Terry a store manager at Asda kingswood came over to see if he could help and he actually did all tyres for us. We cannot thank him enough for going out of his way to help us what a star.????

Living in Bridlington, we only visit Kingswood possibly a few times or so a year. However, every time we go, we are always disgusted with the toilets. Upon visiting a few days ago, after having a dreadful experience at the McDonalds inside the store, I then went to the Asda toilets opposite the McDonalds and was nearly sick. The entrance before you even get to the toilets stunk horrible to a point of making you reach. These toilets are like this every time we visit, so either there's not enough staff cleaners, or they are not spraying anything to keep it nice. I will never visit the store again. Horrible experience form start to finish. It's a busy, filthy place Hull, and it makes me realise what a nice town we have in comparison.

A big thank you to the lady , at customer service who didn't make a big deal when my autistic son(aged 15) decided to join her at customer service at the tills. The lady handled my son with kindness band grace. I'm so sorry I didn't get your name. But thank you from the bottom of my heart ??. Hayley Mills.

Asda Kingswood hull not only are they overpriced even allowing for the cost of living crisis they are now officially the most expensive supermarket to shop in used to be a great store but now they are a disgrace bleeding the public dry and now they are putting prices up even as other stores are putting prices down disgrace
