Disgusting attitude of woman called Chris at customer services today. Stated a fact that the Manager said was untrue and then was extremely rude.

Went there Friday.Petrol - you have to drive up to a window and lean out to pay - rubbish system and this time went to the wrong pump - Pay at the pump. other supermarkets have an option button to pay at kiosk - not here. went to Tesco instead.In the store: the attendants at self service now have to carry a supply of... read full comment
