Boots in general are not great at the minute! Whilst being served, staff chatting over their headsets, not acknowledged that I?m the customer at all. I have worked in customer service and this should be a no no. I?m sure if I stood there on my mobile (which I would not as it?s bad manners) this would be frowned upon.

Customer service is very poor, I have visited the Kingswood store on several occasions when they expect to uphold customer care using two staff, the queue of 8 deep taking forever to reduce, I?ll not be using boots again let down so many times

Service at pharmacy shocking. Went in to collect prescription they had had for a week. Asked me to come back 45 mins later, left it for an hr still wasn't ready two mins they said 25 mins later i left empty handed.

Appalling service at pharmacy lately have to give them 7 days to prepare prescription. And most of time what u need is out 9f stock.

Sadly I?ve changed my review here from 5star to 1 (and trust me if I could give a -10 I would).I have my prescriptions come here every month for my medication. Over the last year this place has become terrible. You stand in a queue for an average of 20-40 minutes just to be seen. The staff quite often leave you standing at the counter while they are busy and don?t even acknowledge you.I?ve come here a few times after receiving a text to say my medication is ready only toBe told no we?ve not even got it, then when I ring my doctor I?m told yes they received it on a certain date (as they check some computer system). Then when I challenge the staff they find it.Today I?ve come stood in a queue for 25 minutes to ask is my medicine ready only to be told no. When I asked why not as you received the prescription on the 5th October and today is the 20th of October? I was told I don?t know when we got it but we are busy!Then I was told we will Do it now and asked to wait. 50 minutes later ( now here 1hour 15 minutes) a really rude pharmacist gave me my medication which was took two weeks to get because I bugged them.

Absolutely disgusting staff and security guard wants sacking telling my daughter to stop my granddaughter from crying because she was too loud. Reported to customer service. Obviously no kids of his own ?

What is going on with the Pharmacy? It's incredibly slow and frustrating. I came in at 6pm to pick wife's medicine up. Two staff on the pharmacy with one serving customers and then the pharmacist himself. Took 25 minutes just to serve 4 people in front of me. Got to the front to be ignored for five minutes. Then assistant takes details and prints the prescription off. Spends nearly ten minutes looking for it and eventually asks another assistant who finds it in 3 seconds. Then tells me it will be half an hour until the pharmacist dispenses it. By now there are 12 people queuing. I sit waiting. 4 people who are in the queue behind me get their prescription dispensed. I then ask why am I still waiting for mine. We have called you 3 times we thought you had left they say. Puzzled I tell them no they haven't. I am then handed the medicine just check the details are correct. The reason I didn't respond is because this medicine is not my wife's totally different name and address. There is now a five minute panic with all the staff and pharmacist trying to figure out where my medicine has gone and who is this person they tried to give me their medicine. Eventually it's sorted. Took an hour. Absolutely ridiculous and it's like that all the time. I left and still there were 12 people waiting. Forget it if you want something off the non prescribed section you simply won't get served unless you stand in the prescription queue. Going to send our prescriptions to Asda pharmacy far more efficient with service. No wonder boots are closing branches they are just so understaffed people just give up and walk out. At no point was anyone offered an apology for their wait or told there would be a lengthy wait and got no apology for a major mistake. Appalling.

Boots Kingswood Hull .Electronic prescriptions are never fluffin ready to collect no matter how long you leave it (11 days this time ) . If you dare to question why, they explain how busy they are and basically you get a "how very dare you" attitude.Dread going in, never know if it's going to be a ten minute stand or 30 minutes. Last month they were 5 tablets short despite ordering way in advance and they said can you come back for those tomorrow!!! ...no I'll do without them, I'm not standing for another 30 minutes...jebusThere can be 5 staff stood behind the counter but they will avoid eye contact and never apologize for keeping people waiting. The pharmacist often strolls around doing naff all trying to look more important than us peasants. Especially annoying when he frequently wonders outside and starts looking up at the clouds whilst there is still a massive queue.

Not enough staff. Gave up waiting and went elsewhere. Bought similar product from nearby store at a fraction of the price. Poor show Boots.
