Ordered something with collect+ to pick up at this store, it was next day delivery and something I needed urgently. I turned up at 2.30pm to see a sign stuck on the door saying closed at 2 today. Really annoying as I would now have to go into town again the next day... Turn up at 9.30am the next day and the shop STILL closed... read full comment

DO NOT under ANY circumstances have a parcel delivered here for collection. They refused to accept my delivery from Germany meaning trying to deal with a very difficult DHL to intercept the package. Foolishly did not read reviews before selecting this place.Am awaiting a call back from DHL to direct them to these reviews... read full comment

Ordered a parcel online and I got the confirmation that it had been delivered. Went to collect a couple of days later and the store is closed and still appears to be as I've been calling with no answer!!! So I don't know what to do about my parcels. Defo won't be ordering to their store again!!
