Rude, abrupt and inpatient.Very disappointed as you expect these people (pharmacists)to be well mannered and educated.

Bloody Shocking. Ordered medicine, they couldn't have cared less about fulfilling the order. It didn't arrive. As a consequence my Father's health got significantly worse and ended up in A&E!!!!

Service here really depends on what staff member you get, I have dealt with ladies who have been very friendly & helpful, however some can be extremely rude and inpatient, there is also an older man with a beard who always seems to be in a bad mood, his customer service is atrocious, and he seems to despise even looking... read full comment
