“I popped in this morning as I thought I had the beginning of conjunctivitis. The lady at the counter listened to me describe the problem. She then consulted the pharmacist who agreed it was dry/ irritated eyes rather than conjunctivitis. Happy to say , 5 hrs later using their tired/ irritated eye drops, my eyes are no longer itchy, red and irritated.Thank you ladies.”

“Took granddaughter in for eye test and staff were brilliant, so patient and reassuring. One male member of staff said he would give her a brownie if she did the test properly and he was as good as his word. Granddaughter was thrilled that he gave her a brownie. “The staff at this pharmacy have been the only ones offering any kind of empathy or practical advice, either in person or over the phone. Unlike other medical professionals! They have had IT issues which must have been most frustrating for them, but always remain polite. Dealing with frustrated customers and inefficient medical practices must be very difficult, let alone the recent problems obtaining prescribed medications. I think they do a very good job under the circumstances”
