I phoned doctors today at 8:08 for an appointment I got told the doctor would phone me my phone rang twice witch I thought was the doctors both times I was hung up on time now is 6:36pm and still no call from doctors

Since joining the Patches system l can fully say that l have never received such good response. Dr Jessa has gone beyond his service as a Dr and spares the time to listen to you. The Patches system must relieve some of the pressure and stress from the Receptionists. Well done.

The surgery are useless. Booked an appointment via patches and asked what time are you not available. 10-12 please call me after. Dr Jessa can't read notes and calls me twice from 10:30-11 and cancels my appointment.
