“I went into Lush this afternoon and I was greeted by Charlotte. She helped me with advice regarding the best soap to used on my skin and overall had a very pleasant conversation. I left the store about 20 minutes later with 2 samples, a body soap and a facial scrub, that I will definitely be back later to purchase. A wonderful employee, deserved a raise!”

I accidentally smashed my glass on my watch and they replaced the watch with no questions or hesitation. Now this is a store worth shopping at when one receives such amazing service. “Visited today in Chelmsford was disappointed this place does not cater for curvy women over size 20. as I walked round the shop I saw clothes on the floor shoes all over the floor which is a health and safety hazard. I couldn't go to cashier counter as perfume was near counter and I am allergic and had to leaveI do like primark sadly not this one”
