The customer service needs improvement. I went to take some cash out and got fiercely questioned on why I needed cash. I did not know it was a crime to take cash out of my account - the woman made me feel like a criminal. I went in after walking around town with holiday spirit and left absolutely fuming.

In branch for an issue with the app and being told to call a number.Such a disappointment as hoped to have face to face services being with a high street bank but the reality is they don't even want to try and help you just telling you to call numbers and sort your issues by yourself.

good morrow to thow, was having a effervescent day, was about to commit armed robbery on your bank when I was met with a large black steed, this appeared as quite a shock to me, I proceeded to open fire with my SA-80 assult rifle. maybe add a 'beware of horses' sign next time

as I approached the bank i was trampled by 10 big black horses but i thought nothing of it so i wandered in as needed to make a deposit but when i reached the desk i was pelted with more 1p coins than usual after that whole ordeal they flung me in an unused vault in which i wasn't allowed to leave for 17 days and 12 knights much prefer hsbc

The new layout is appalling. No where to queue properly, no protection for staff, a distinct lack of staff availability. It's crystal clear they don't want people in the branches. They have a monopoly and it's obvious they're abusing it. What a disgusting state of affairs.

Lloyds High Street Chelmsford shut on Monday 29th November at 1350...note on door apologies for inconvenience...no reason given and website says open. live in Danbury and specific trip made in to pay a large cheque. There may be a good reason, but there were a number of people working inside. Not impressed - a good time to go at the moment says the website ahem!!!

Very good services. I opened a student account here with in an hour. Very helpful and Profesional staff and overall it was a good banking experience.Located centrally at the high street, it is very convenient.Thanks to the staff for a quick and prompt service and helping me open a bank account.

Mostly good for day to day banking, been with lloyds for 15 years but after my current experience will likely to move to other bank, mortgage advisors are rude and forceful, never disclose if it will be cheaper to go for another option because they are too busy to sell you what they want. Went to another bank for mortgage and they were professional and listened to my needs, Lloyds on the other outright said "we do not provide options to our customers when it comes to mortgage, we would rather lose customer then offering option"Shocking behaviour from a once great bank. I would suggest everyone to avoid lloyds mortgage, they will rob you blind.

Lloyd's TSB want us the customer to report fraud , but when you do they do nothing about it, especially when it's one of their own customers doing it .I have proof that a customer of theres from the Chelsford branch in Leg street is committing fraud and deception but Lloyd's couldnt care less about it ..Action Fraud know about it , essex police know about it, but TSB refuse to do anything to shut or suspend his account so it carries on .. great work Lloyd's TSB .. glad I'm not one of your customers if this is what you call service
