Very poor customer service. I was there to buy a carpet and they were doing everything to didn't sell it to me ? . They didn't even want to cut it ?♀️ the worst store ever!!!

Kelly from the kitchen design team was absolutely amazing and a credit to B&Q. She professionally guided me through the whole kitchen design process and advised me with a colour schemes.
