I went in today to buy something to unblock a toilet after 10 minutes found no staff so found a girl on a desk opposite self service who said she didn't know so she would ask Barry who was on a break, she then never offered me any further advice so I stood in front of her and called screwfix who was so helpful as I was about to leave my grandson turned up with Simon who offered great advice when I told him this he said I've been here 20 years I said maybe training is needed its obviously not his job bit well done to him he turned it around and made a sale which worked when I was td by the girl on the don't use that product unfortunately no staff and lack of proper trainingBut we'll done Simon who saved a sale

Kelly from the kitchen design team was absolutely amazing and a credit to B&Q. She professionally guided me through the whole kitchen design process and advised me with a colour schemes. Also, very patient and nothing was too much trouble. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price of the kitchen and the speed of delivery?? HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Massive B&Q with huge selection of tools and most DIY things, excellent garden and plant centre too, as most places now not a lot of staff around but staff I came into contact with were very helpful.Food van outside offers good quality food and will certainly make you feel hungry.

I like the idea of not selling only items related to the household .You can find your toiletries as well in there.

Terrible visit, wanted to look at flooring an alarm started sounding....staff didn't know if it was a fire alarm or if it was ever going to stop, ear damaging levels of wailing, left without looked at what we had gone in to see

Busy, people use the cut, though, from Costco. And they get miffed when it takes time to get out, use the road it's easier...

Very helpful today. Brought a bedroom set of draws. (Don't buy them, they are rubbish) Can't put more than one tee shirt in each draw before it bows the draw bottom which then falls out. We were given the wood and L brackets to strengthen them. Took me half a day to fix 5 draws but B&Q were very keen to help us fix a badly designed piece of furniture.

No customer toilet???Seriously? How hard can it be?The building's the size of an aircraft hangar with, no doubt, a turnover to match, yet you don't have the space or money to provide a customer toilet for people who have travelled to a retail park where there are no public conveniences. Or is it just a reflection of attitude towards customers? Come and spend your money here but if you get caught short... tough!Thankfully IKEA and SELCO located nearby do have toilets that are clean and maintained. But then, they have a VERY different attitude to customer service. As a builder, the cynical cost reduction through removal of customer toilets has become a regular problem at B&Q for me.I will now be taking my business elsewhere; to a retailer who views customers as human beings with needs rather than as a walking credit card.
