“Very friendly staff. My wife is disabled and the young lady at reception explained the evacuation procedure in case of an emergency in a very clear way and showed us how to use the evacuation chair, this gave us confidence in the staff. The view over the lake was fantastic and just a short walk to the shopping center.”
