Book Stores in Harlow, Essex

“I have shopped in the harlow store many times. And I don’t think I have ever been in any other the works store or any other shop for that matter where the manager and staff are so dedicated to their shop the display is lovely and the shop is so clean and tidy. The whole shop is so well presented. The staff and manager seem to have a really good working relationship. And the manager seems to be so respected by his staff. I was trying to find a particular book. Which they never had, but nothing was too much trouble for the manager to help in trying to find something that suited my needs. I think the manager and staff of this store deffinately need some recognition by management because they are such an example to the works company. Well done harlow store !!!!”

“Only problem was the post office in the shop didn't have the means to print an address label that i had downloaded. So i had to pay nearly £5 for the signed for delivery instead of mailing it for free”
