Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. We are still awaiting carpet that was due to be fitted on 10 November due to the incompetence of the store that should have checked the order and made sure it was ready to fit. The fitting is also dreadful several creases in the carpet and the best of it is you have to pay upfront for everything! Communication is dreadful and the complaints department is as bad as the store not dealing with anything. Use them at your own peril I would not use this company again if you paid me!!!

Rubbish experience. Cancelled laying the carpet a few hours before it was due to be delivered to our house. They say, Customer services, they cant guarantee any delivery dates even tho they book in dates to do the job. Look at the terms and conditions they say. Thats not what we were told at the store. Bunch of cowboys...take the money and let you stew.

I'd like to emphasize that the Carpetright Customer Service department and their leadership team, including Managing Director Nick Worthington and Group CEO Kevin Barrett, have demonstrated a lack of responsiveness and communication with their customers.A representative named Charlene, who claimed to be representing Mr. Barrett, initially reached out to address my issues but failed to provide a resolution. She did not respond to my emails as promised, and her overall customer service was extremely disappointing. If you ever encounter problems with Carpetright and find that the local branch cannot assist you, it appears that seeking help from Carpetright Customer Service may not yield positive results, as they seem to pass complaints along without offering a solution, hoping that you'll eventually give up.If the executive team makes themselves so unavailable to their customers, then the company itself should seriously rethink its policies and people they hire to represent them and work for them.

Carpet right is a large warehouse in Purfleet, run by DHL transport, staff are pleasant, I enjoyed delivering my artic load to there .

Recently interviewed for a contract role, the clueless interviewer (Hayley) could not comprehend my 6 months stints on my CV although it clearly states on my resume that it was a contract role (to which I was made redundant from) the role Hayley was interviewing me for baring in mind was also a contract role too, so this really baffled me. I was not really given any opportunity to run through my experience and previous projects, she just gave me the most generic overview with no real substance. I am a professional who has previously worked for global blue chips in the past and this interview felt like a meeting with my pre school teacher. On top of that I did not receive any feedback from my interview (not that I would of ever accepted). Massively paying below market rate with an awful vetting process, Hayley needs to revise modern day interview techniques and questions.

Wanted a small piece of lino. Found the offcut I wanted but had no size or price. Nearly 2 weeks later, the piece is still in the office, no size and no price, and no phone call, even though I was told I would have a response within the hour, after 5 calls. That's only the ones that were answered. Clearly, the Sudbury branch are not bothered about making a sale. Having read the reviews, definitely their loss, not mine.
