“My wife has dementia and l rely on the pharmacy department at Boots to provide her medication. There are several medicines that need to be taken at different times of the day.Boots were providing these in Medisure boxes. Unfortunately this scheme is stopping so l shall have to sort out which tablets to take during the day. The pharmacy department is preparing some charts for me that will show which tablets need to be taken and at what time in the day.”

I suffer from claustrophobia and anxiety problems which at other opticians was treated with the feeling of "Just get over it" but here Jo and Dr. Hancock as well as the rest of the staff were very understanding. They kept checking on me while I was waiting and through the various examinations. When actually having the eye test I asked if the door could be left open so I could see outside, this was no problem at all, something that I was told couldn't be done at other opticians. I have nothing but gratitude for their care and understanding.”
