This is a great shop with friendly staff with great knowledge of wines. I have used Laithwaites for many years and now they have shops they have come on leaps and bounds. Would highly recommend.

They no longer email you when your wine is ready to collect from Gloucester Shop. Even when paid for it 2 weeks previously
