Spent over an hour in the shop setting up a sim only contract, not even buying a phone. Followed the instructions when I got home to find out my number hasn?t transferred and I?ve had to spend most of my day on online chat to EE. Whenever we visit EE Cirencester it is just always, slow and unprofessional. We are very patient but when you pay for a service and aren?t receiving it, it?s not acceptable.

The network / another store screwed something up. Went in under serious time pressure to get a new sim provisioned to get a working phone back ASAP. Chap in the store amazingly efficient and helpful and tolerant of the pressure I was under. Kudos!

I have been EE customer for over 15 year, this store in Cirencester is the BEST place you can receive the WORST customer services on this planet. Twice I have been there and they couldn't resolve my problem, they were just quoting different excuses. My last visit was few days ago, I took my laptop there, after few augments, we concluded I should be issued a new sim card, after 30 minutes they couldn't issues the sim card, " OUR SYSTEM IS NOT LOGGING IN". I couldn't believe thatThey talked over each other, while agent A was dealing with with a female customer he will be talking over his colleague and interrupting another business that he was not asked to intervene. He trying to show off as if he knew every solution to all problems unfortunately he is the worst agent. A very bad experience. never will I go to that store again. Unhappily I rated one star, how I wish there is something below 1 star

Utterly appalling service. spent 1.5 hours in shop buying a new phone and contract. The new phone did not turn up on time, no call to say when it would be. Transfer by PAC from old phone to new took over a week despite being told it was 48 hours. I have no information whatsoever about EE, no contract, no nothing. I am on an unlimited contract for 2 years. Today I receive a text to say I have reached my limited and will be barred from use. The Customer Service in the shop to resolve this is non existence - you are not doing me a favour by offering to call customer services to resolve this. Whatever that number is. Steve Bush is the Manager if anyone has the same issues, I hope he will resolve the attitude of their staff and committing to deliver and not.

Do not deal with the store Manager he is slovenly and not at all helpful. I feel sorry for the staff when he is rude to customers in front of them. He seriously needs to buck up or quit.You need to speak to the actual staff they are very helpful and positive. If you have to deal with him beware he will not be helpful. Complaint has been officially lodged with EE and next is the franchise owner. This explains high staff turnover

Huge thanks to Nigel and the team. They spent ages sorting a particular discount offer for me manually when I upgraded my contract despite the EE system having a glitch that wouldn't allow them to proceed; they then provided me with a number to text them direct to check whether my new phone had been delivered as it was delayed; my new iPhone then set itself up transferring directly from my old one- I didn't even have to login to apps again. Fantastic service and grateful for the effort they made.
