    I love this store, always lovely customer service. I have used them a few years now and my daughter had her ears pierced there and it was a lovely experience.     Avoid like the plague, daughter took her eternity ring in for repair, a diamond fell out, due to the lock down she has only just been able to collect it.Unfortunately they gave it to someone else on the 28th Feb.They gave the ring to someone with no id etc and are now basically calling my daughter a liar, unless she turns... read full comment
