I love this store, always lovely customer service. I have used them a few years now and my daughter had her ears pierced there and it was a lovely experience. I decided to get my top part of my ear done and the manageress Sophie was so lovely and reassuring. It all felt safe too after lockdown has just ended. I am so pleased and the customer service in there is always perfect. Even my phone call to book was great with another assistant (Angela I think) who was helpful and phoned me back quickly too. Plus I love my piercing too! Thank you!

Avoid like the plague, daughter took her eternity ring in for repair, a diamond fell out, due to the lock down she has only just been able to collect it.Unfortunately they gave it to someone else on the 28th Feb.They gave the ring to someone with no id etc and are now basically calling my daughter a liar, unless she turns up with the receipt, they will not replace her ring.They will not provide a copy of the original receipt and when they know they are loosing they accuse you of being rude - I called her sweetie that's not rude, then they accused me of shouting, said to the woman that she would now say I was rude etc because she knows she's wrong.Appalling attitude

Offensive Manager! I visited this store in Cirencester and bought an engagement ring, after my fiance wore it for only 5 days a diamond fell out and went missing. I visited the store on Saturday 16/6/18 and spoke to a female staff there who kindly explained that the ring can be repaired and it would take one week to return but I need to return with my receipt and the ring to do this. I left the store happy with this but after speaking to my fiance we decided we will just exchange for another ring. I telephoned the store and spoke to a male staff to explain the situation and he claimed my phone was breaking up so I offered to visit the store and he said its unlikely I will make it before they close and when they closed in half hour and I will need to speak to a manager. I was literally round the corner and it was a 30 second walk round to the store so I went in at 5:05 as they close at 5:30 clearly displayed, I felt he was not encouraging me to visit the store. I went in and spoke to the staff again who again apologised about the faulty ring and I asked if I could simply look at an alternative as I am not interested in a refund and an exchange will be great. The staff kindly went to check for rings for me to look at in the meantime then a male staff stepped in and started arguing with me saying, "I need to bring the ring in so he can make a decision as we could have damaged it!" I explained I can bring the ring in but I need to look at an alternate product should I wish to purchase another ring for my fiance. He started arguing with me and showed very condescending behavior towards me so I asked for a manager then he said I am speaking to him and boasted of his 35 years being a Manager. I again tried to explain that at this stage I want to simply look at some rings and he refused to show me anything in the store until I come back with the ring so he can decide. I asked for his name and details for me to escalate a formal complaint about his concerning behavior and he refused to give his name until I had to ask again he gave me his name. I think he was not trustworthy and the experience in this store with a manager was appalling. I was made to feel that I was unwelcomed to the store by the Manager and I am a customer who made a purchase. I think this must be some training issue and it is a very serious concern. At no point did the manager apologise for the issue with the faulty ring. I will return to the store with the faulty ring and I anticipate a favourable response ie. and exchange or a full refund.

Took a Seiko watch in for a new battery last September. I was offered the option of a simple battery replacement, or a battery replacement, repressurise and re-seal. As it is a divers watch and never goes into water deeper than a washing bowl, I decided to just go with a the simple replacement.

Avoid! Please please avoid! They do not respect customers and will try and put the blame on anyone but themselves and will not to do anything to help you. They will also take a very very long time to actually get back to you regarding any issues. I took my white gold engagement ring to F.hinds in Cirencester to be resized, I asked if my ring could be resized or not and they assured me it could be so I went for it as they are supposedly the ones who know, I put my trust in their experience, what a massive mistake. Shortly after getting my ring back you could see the join on the shank and then it broke along this line, I instantly took it back to them and they repaired it free of charge, so I gave them a chance to fix it. Was supposed to take a week, but I never heard anything so had to chase it a number of times, about 3 weeks later I got my ring back, looked fine so took it. A few months later the line at the join appeared again, it then broke again along the line. I took it back again, this time however apparently it was my fault, altrhough it broke in a dead straight line along the join. As their repairer said it was my fault they then sent it to their customer service department, which took a about a month to get back to me. So apparently it was my fault and there was a fault with the ring being porous and I should take it back to where it was originally bought from, even though the ring was fine before I took it to them. They offered me my money back that I paid for getting it resized, which is something, but now I have a totally unuseable or sellable ring and the staff and manager of the branch have been very unhelpful and rude during the process which has been going on for nearly a year now. Go somewhere decent, they will treat you like dirt and waste your time and money. I regret the day I walked in there and now my engagement ring is useless, they have no compassion. AVOID! I would give minus stars if I could!
