“I feel so sorry for the staff who suffer abuse from customers on a regular basis. There are only three pharmacies in Thornbury, Boots being the main one. They are short staffed and there are way too many people in Thornbury now. They’re not super humans they just do the best they can for everyone. Please give them the respect they deserve.”
