1-2 High St“This five star rating is solely for the two staff members that made a bad experience good this morning, let me explain, there where about 6 or 7 at the till waiting to be served when a shopping divider got stuck in the conveyor belt at which point the staff member called for assistance which didn't arrive for at least 5 or so minutes later. In the meantime the two staff members entertained and swiftly served a number of customers and managed to fix the belt. The two staff members are my hero's for the day and I will be looking out for them every time I shop at your store. Amazing customer service. Well done.”

97 Croydon Rd“Thankfully, I went with my wheelchair so I could use the disabled bay. Tgere was queue to park. I usually shop at Sydenham but got shopping passing by as was a Sunday & wouldn't have made it. It was busy, it was rushed but considering I was wheeling myself whilst my daughter held the trolley in a store we hadn't used before, on a Sunday, it was a pleasant enough experience. Thanks to the member of staff who offered to help as soon as he saw I needed help reaching into the freezer and the lovely man who offered to let me in front of him in the queue when he thought I was alone and finished shopping. We got almost everything we needed, too.”

115 Anerley Rd“Good little store, well-stocked and staff are quite polite. Queues can sometimes be long but that's around 3-3:30pm when the kids are leaving the nearby school.”
“I only pop in for bits and pieces, usually in the evening, at this time if you have a large trolley of shopping you have to go on the self service as all the tills are all closed, they do have some good nectar offers in store, you have an argos, and a toilet at the front of the store, and car park at the rear”
