I booked for an appointment to have a bra fitting. My fitter, Nana, was super nice and friendly, and I found myself really comfortable with her throughout the whole process. She was great to talk to and I didn't feel rushed at all despite it being a little bit busier than usual. I could tell that she knew what she was doing and the whole process was very quick and easy. I'm definitely booking there again in the future, and hopefully I'll get Nana again!

Diana is a true gem! Always goes the extra mile. With a fabulous smile and a really positive attitude, she provides excellent service. A great credit to M&S. Unfortunately, management fails to convey the feedbacks. Shame on you for not acknowledging the tremendous contributions of exceptional staff like Diana.

Apparently this store went cheap. They don't have anyone to ask for help, no dedicated staff for fitting rooms.But they will "selectively" assign a barely talking "security" to eye you while you're shopping and harass when you want to try clothes.

Nothing wrong with the store itself, there is a large selection of everything you need.I shop there quite often and never had a problem, however yesterday the security guard decided for whatever reason that I was so suspicious he had to follow me around and not be even slightly subtle about it.After I walked into the store I went to grab some fruit and noticed he went past I don?t have a problem with people doing their job so I didn?t mind however when I went to the next aisle and saw him rushing I thought it was weird but again no problem. I went to another aisle and he just stood and stared at me I started to feel highly uncomfortable, so I changed aisle again to which he again rushed to and this time bumped onto me when I was the only person standing there. I don?t like to complain about people but that was highly uncomfortable for me, and completely unprofessional. I?m a loyal customer and always shop at this store, which makes me even more confused as to why I was treated like I was grade A thief. I read the other reviews and one of them have a picture of him, and the person is saying they complained about it and nothing was done about it :/

I experienced lovely customer service from Sevim at Marks and Spencers today. I had a query about the tights I was buying; she calmly looked it up and gave me advice. She had a genuine, authentic smile and took the time to make me feel very welcome, gave me all of her attention and made my day. Thank you!

The staff at the self checkout was so unkind with me today!I don?t pretend someone to be happy and smile but I think that being kind with customers is the bare minimum a shop assistant should do.He annoyed me so badly that I left the products there and went shopping in another supermarket.I won?t come back to this shop!

I dropped the one star because it's frustrating that you put the 'food to go' section right at the back. I don't need to look at your seasonal selection of gin or cured meats. I need a sandwich on reduction and a quick exit.

Do they actually have staff working the tills at angel foodhall2 female staff on mondat lunchtime chatting to one another rather than help customers. Btw these 2 staff members the red light and bell on top of the till mean your suppose to do your job not idle chit chat ¡!!!!

I have been going to islington branch for many years and over this time the customer services has rapidly decline. There?s those who have been working there for many years and who are kind and friendly. On more than one occasion with the same young Asian lady at the at the self check. I needed assistance with removing an item I changed my mind on. I kindly called her over only to get such a dirty look and such rude/hostel attitude and this isn?t the first time. I was in shock and sadden that they employe such bad people to represent they company that I?ve bought up with.

Tell your little security guard (the little black dude with a scarf over his mouth) he will get decked if he continues to follow people around who clearly aren?t shoplifting!! Going by other reviews on here I?m not alone!!

We normally have a good experience here but our evening was ruined tonight by incompetent staff that had us waiting a good 15 minutes to get something as basic as a receipt (our right as customers). We were frustrated and in return were treated aggressively by store manager Victor W - barely unapologetic for such a service failure. Clearly some staff training is needed here.

I just love how attentive the security guard is. It makes me feel much safer when he is breathing down my neck and bumping into my backpack seemingly on purpose, reassuring me of his presence. I do not get this kind of special treatment at the neighbouring Sainsbury's and Waitrose. Nice one M&S, you really know how to make a boy feel special.

The store is okay but the only thing which is really annoying and making me uncomfortable is that whenever i come to buy something the security guard literally follows me around even if i?m with someone or not and watching my every move. He really has this paranoia that I?m going to steal something. I don?t know what this man is on.
