“Went to the branch in Edgware Road on 02/02/23 around 8pm, picked up a jumper while hubby was doing grocery shopping. Was served by a lovely lady (dark, long hair) at the clothes section of the store. She was very polite and friendly. Very happy with the service received.”

“The only place that sells chicory and has lots of veggie stuff! The salt crisps in the pastel pink bag are the best ones ive ever had please try them. Not gonna lie, this store is literally falling apart. Like the ceiling has some issues, theres always leaks on the floor and once a month a whole aisle of refrigerators breaks down meaning the whole aisle goes into the bin.Nonetheless staff is so friendly and respectful. The guy behind the fish counter is lovely and the rotisserie chicken man always asks me about my day. Always have a laugh with the cashiers, especially with the incident when a pigeon flew in.Staff member helped me pick out a funny birthday card once. Stay awesome team x”

“Another place that we frequented to buy oven and microwaveable food. This was the only place nearby where we found Terry’s orange chocolate ball, though it was double, the price at Poundshop and Lndl.”

“Today, I had an ordered delivery of groceries from Waitrose Marylebone, and I must say, the staff member who packed my bag deserves all the praise. They truly brightened my day! The order arrived in excellent condition, with careful packing and double paper bagging to ensure nothing was damaged, despite its weight. Even the damp items were thoughtfully placed in thin plastic bags. What touched me the most was finding a heartwarming message written on the paper bag: "Thank you for shopping at Waitrose Marylebone (smiley face)." It's these little acts of kindness that make a huge difference!I am incredibly satisfied with the service I received, and I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful staff member at Waitrose Marylebone responsible for my order. Thank you so much! (smiley face & hug)”

“Just to let you know your employee young Yusuf, deserves five stars! During a quiet moment not only did he show an very old elderly man everything he was searching for but took his basket and checked him out out. He was courteous, kind and polite. I was a customer who observed this and wish him well. Employees like him will go far in any company”

“Quite a good branch stocking some of the essentials, though ordering on line sometimes helps when they don’t have the items in store. The goods arrive in 2 days which is more than acceptable. Don’t know why they were out of stock with plain Oatcakes!Don’t forget their Loyalty card to collect points.”

“Popped by on a Saturday night to pick up some fruit and juice, the store was very busy with tourists, staff handled the rush well, directing tourists through the self serve checkouts to help ease the check out process, the store was a little unkept but understandable considering the amount of people in the store.”

“The lady who served me was very friendly and efficient. The store is a bit dated and stock is on the low side however it’s great if you just need to pick up something in a hurry. If you want more selection there is a larger Tesco nearby.”

“4.5/5. Great options and selections. Me and bruv went for some drinks and we were not disappointed. Mango drink and bottled water were exquisite. Not as good as the ole Safeway back home, but still amazing. Self checkout too”

“Dependent on the time you go - evenings can get busy but weekday afternoons are good. When it’s good, staff are friendly & attentive, organised sections, good reductions and an ideal number of check-outs.The Sainsbury’s a little further down the road near Bayswater tube station has more pasta range.”

“Waited a long time at the self service till which told me help was coming. No one came. Then waited a long time in a queue at the ONE yes ONE AND ONLY till that was working. I just left the goods that I wanted to buy and went to Waitrose where the service was fantastic.”
