“The manager was absolutely exceptional, really went the extra mile and beyond, had a large number of boxes to be sent to Canada, right before closing time. She helped to reduce the price significantly by grouping them all, but she also really made sure that all 11 of the extensive shipment forms and labels were all written down before the pick up of the day which would arrive in 10 minutes as the next pick up was in a couple days. All while dealing with other very demanding customers with brilliant professionalism.”

“Really great service, I specifically went out of the way to come here because I knew the service would be great. I was the annoying customer who had to send nearly a dozen international Christmas cards tracked which meant a lot of admin for Parbin (the lady at the counter) as each address had to be inputted into their system and then two stickers for postage had to be produced for each but she was extremely helpful and didn't get frustrated with the sheer amount I was sending. I apologised for taking up so much of her time but she was absolutley fine with it. I always dread sending international Christmas cards because of the time I take up from the person at the counter but Parbin was amazing! Going forward I'll continue to make the trip to this post office because the staff are always super helpful :)”
