“Good service, efficient and organised. During covid restrictions staff in did everything to speed things along helping with self serve postage with staff in the door keeping things moving and ensuring social distancing. Often busy but normally has three counter windows open and so the queue moves reasonably fast.”

“Twin Victorian Post Boxes affixed to the railings of 19th.Century Grade II Listed, Vestry House on Laurence Pountney Hill. Note the becoming Angel reliefs caressing cornucopias. The “courtyard” here aside the narrow pedestrian passage divides the original burial-ground into two remnant private gardens, one fronting the renovated, 17th.Century, Grade II Listed houses (Rectory House).Exit the passageway, turn right to view a 17th.Century basement shopfront under Rectory House.A fascinating digression off the beaten track that leeches ambience from the nooks and crannies.”

“Unfortunately I Was Supposed To Go To This Branch But Unfortunately I Delay It Back In October And I Was Going To Re Apply Back On Thursday The 7th Of October 2021 But Then I Was Too Late On Friday The 8th Of October 2021 But I Didn't Know That They Had Angard Staffing At This Branch Again So That's Why I Just Choose The One In Stonebridge Park One Instead Of This One And In Fact On Friday The 10th Of December 2021 This Would Have Been My 1st Anniversary Of Working In Mount Pleasant Mail Centre But I'm Afraid I Couldn't Make It So Now I Can't Even Work At Royal Mail In August Or September 2022 Again Because I Would Get A Permanent Job Somewhere Else Instead Of Royal Mail”

“Great experience at the Farringdon Road Post Office!Shivani was courteous and professional, very pleasant to deal with.Just a remark for Royal Mail/Post Office. A £12.50 tax/surcharge for a £100.50 postal order seams a bit of a robbery....”

“Excellent postal service, very knowledgable and quick, especially on bulk international deliveries. Have truly gone above and beyond to help me with a very large dispatch - couldn't have done it without them! Ganesh offers great customer service, will continue to use it as my favourite central London post office.”

“Reading the reviews beforehand I was nervous as I entered unsure what to expect. Moderate queue (pretty standard these days). When I got to the front the woman asked me to put my parcel on the scales. Not thinking straight I tried to hand it through the hatch. She denied it and firmly (but fairly) said it needed to be weighed first. Overall a decent experience. Would post again. Moral of the story don't judge a book by its Google review”
