Worst b&q ever. Each and every member of staff have the worst attitude problems. Not helpful in any way. Rude at the tills, most of the time don?t speak a word to you through the whole transaction. Unfortunately with it being the closest one to me I resentfully spend a lot of money there. Some customer service training wouldn?t go a miss, or just some new staff all together.

I called in advance as I needed to have wood cut on the timber saw. Was told that the saw was open until 5pm. Drove to the store and the saw is ?closed for lunch? for an hour. An hour spent waiting around for nothing, could easily have been working on something else. Why not have published times for the saw to be working?!

I visited the store today, having previously experienced very bad customer service, but I was lucky to run into a few lovely and helpful people. I want to thank Charmaine and Ray, who made this experience a lot more pleasant ?. God bless you guys.

Stuff not willing to help. They don't won't to be bothered when chatting together. Asked for help and was sent to search for it alone. Like I didn't try before I asked for help.Why do you even have shopfloor stuff if they only want to chat together

Went to change a door lock. The staff behaviour seemed to be to refund his father assets.No one in management seems to see the reviews of this company.They treat customers very badly.

Went in and didn?t have my phone so couldn?t figure out what I needed, all the staff didn?t seem bothered to help and I was just getting sent from one aisle to another. Then the lovely Allan helped me, he was so proactive even figured out what tap connector I needed from the taps in the kitchen section. Then proceeded to help the people around as well. Another person that was really helpful was Jamie at the till, he was so sweet, great customer service. Both the staff receive 5 stars from me :)

Their service is ATROCIOUS.We come in here to simply cut some wood. BOTH TIMES WEVE COME THEY HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO CUT WOOD.They shut ?early?.They?re disgusting.

The Asian young man wirhe the ponytail. He looked better than l am describing ??who cut the wood at the store on Friday. 25.8.23 was very helpful. I'll be going there again.

I visited this store on Friday the 18th August, I was very happy with the service I received from Leslie, he was on the shop floor and was so helpful, asked me what I needed, advised me which to me was very refreshing, as most staffs on the shop floor was just very unhelpful, and didnt seem to bother wanting to help!Special shout out to LESLIE and IFY.Ify was really nice, she assisted me until the end to buy the best of what I came to buy! Thank you Leslie and Ivy, great work guys????? Refreshingly great customer service! Thank you.I'd have given this store maybe a 4star but 2 staff members let the team down, and was disgustingly VERY RUDE and unhelpful, Helen at the Paint Section, very very rude, i was after an advice and the way she was answering me was not professional AT ALL, she was not approachable, her body language just screams don't approach me *smh* I've not finished asking what I needed, she walked away!Another rude staff member named Haque at the main till, this man is soo rude, even asked him for an advice and he just brushed me off and gave me a rude reply, also I'm at the till about to pay, he rushing me, chatting away to the next customer on the line. I'm like I'm still here, finish with me 1st?I always wonder to myself if you don't want to help customers why come in to work at all??!!Honestly B&Q you can do better, these rude staffs are letting the team down and giving a really bad customer service and your reputation is getting ruined. Please train Helen and Haque again, or maybe they shouldn't be at work at all.There's so many people out there at the moments who are actively looking for work and they(Haque and Helen) have jobs yet can't even just spare 40 seconds maybe of good customer service. Such a shame!

This place was great, it had everything we needed. I did check the things I needed were in stock on line before I went. The staff were lovely and helpful too!

We got to the store 10 minutes before the store closes and as soon as we walk in the security guard rude and abruptly tells us that we have 60 seconds to make our purchases as he?s closing the shop!It?s just not necessary and can come across very intimidating.The customer staff were lovely and did my exchange quickly and efficiently but it?s a shame about the security guard!

No trolleys available, hardly any customers but loads of staff and they simply shrug their shoulders. It?s a bit of a joke.
