I tried to solve an overdraft that I had for an account that's currently closed and the lady (brunette with glasses) didn't even make the effort to go through it when in the letter says litterally that I can pay directly with cash over the counter. I usually don't have any issue with the bank in this branch, but this lady was just plain lazy. She was not interested at all. My accent sounds broken (I am not native), so could have been a case of subtle racism. Deeply upset.

Martina has helped me open a new account with Lloyds today and it was wonderful. She was kind, chatty and really helpful throughout the whole process, cannot recommend her enough! The rest of the staff were also very nice.

This is the most useless bank in the world! The locked up my money for 4 years. Fighting. Emails. Lawyers and finally had to come and see them to clean out my account and the best moment in my life was to transfer my money to another bank and stick it to them.Oh and this branch is so unfriendly. Lack customer service and just inefficient.

I don't know what the people they say this me it's like why helpful I'm in there's a very helpful library friendly that's my experience actually directing like a family distribution that makes the stretch unready easy for everybody and this is their personality how did you repeat people so that I like Roger's bank the South of the fantastic and appreciate each time I go there they help me a lot And thank you very much for all of you

Never had any issues in this branch, depending who is in front of you it might take 2 mn or half an hour but cannot blame employees. The blond lady she kind and always helpful, I wish to remember her name, she is a star.

BE CAREFUL !!!! Scamstaff is little bit rude also asking lot of questions and unprofessional. I just find out I said I would like to put money in my bank account 250£ then after 200£ need to send to Mongolia .She said yes then take my money straight away put her drawer even no counting my money .then after all this transaction .she give me a receipt then when I come home I find out she didn't put in my account 250£ there was only 200£ put in then transfer to Mongolia straight away .Means she put her pocket 50£ herself God bless you her!!! I remember now this was second time .

Great customer service. Staff member who served me was lovely and friendly. I was there to get documents certified following the death of my sister, so I don't even bank with Lloyds. I wish all banks were this good.

The three stars are for your stuff Jen. She is so patient. I went to here at least 3 times, the staffs were so rude and unprofessional. I would honestly suggest that managers fire some staffs, if you did that I'm sure the bank would not have a rating of just 2.3. My rating is for your employee Jen, otherwise I would give you a 0.

At 16:30 I saw somebody exits the Bank so I was thinking is open so I rang the bell. The lady with with short hair and tan screamed something from inside and they I asked : Excuse me, are you open? She opened the door and started screaming, making a scene on the street asking me what am I doing there? Why am I standing so close to the door? She looked like she is in high distress and might need some counselling as this was really inappropriate. Please have a look into it.

My account was frozen when I tried to make an important payment. I went into this branch to sort this out (Oct last year). They told me I was not allowed to make the payment, naturally I questioned this to the manager who told me they could call the police to explain to me further. No idea why she felt the need to intimidate/threaten me like this. I was not shouting or raising my voice, merely confuse that I could not do what I needed to do with my own money. Further to this she then called me naive when they were on the phone to a different section of Lloyds. Disgusting behaviour! I left visibly upset.I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they saw the name of the person I was paying and Institutional racism played a part in this.It was quite obvious the manger (short blonde haired lady) was enjoying a power trip. What's interesting is that if she spoke to me in a nice manner I would have been far more understanding of the situation. Instead she was condescending, insulting and rude.I'm only leaving the review now as I've moved out of the area and this is no longer my local branch.Extremely disappointed with this treatment after being with Lloyds for over 10 years.

They refused to exchange my leftover travel money. (Icelandic króna) She (an old lady, with not very friendly face) said they don't exchange it there, when it was bought in another branch. I asked why and she said they don't recognise it. She sent to me an exchange office instead.If she doesn't recognise a foreign currency, she shouldn't be working in a bank and with her attitude she shouldn't be working in customer service at all!Maybe because I'm Asian she refused to exchange it the moment I handed it to her.
