He went above and beyond helping me select some carpets for my flat and was clear, friendly, knowledgable and a great laugh. He even went out of his way to to call other stores to check their stock availability. I highly recommend the Brentford Carpetright store and specifically: Adam!”

“Very helpful staff here. I ordered a heavy toilet online. On the collection day I asked if they can take it to my car. The staff not only took it to my car, he also helped me put it in the boot.”

“We’ve been to the Brentford store a couple of times & the staff have always been brilliant. I phoned the Brentford store for a delivery & spoke to the wonderful Mel. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough tiles in stock so Mel phoned around & sourced the tiles from a different store which were delivered the next day. Brilliant customer service & would highly recommend the Brentford store (especially Mel!!)”

“It would have been 5 starts but delivery guys let you down.First got served by Ravneet in the store in Brentford she was lovely and so helpful quick friendly service.However the delivery guys turned up with the new fridge and a tape measure so we paid to have th old fridge freezer to be taken and because it wouldn't fit through the door to get rid of it I removed the doors and put them outside to be taken and pulled the old fridge freezer closer to the door with some help from my uncle. When they arrived with the new fridge freezer they hadn't even came in with the new one yet he pulled the tape measure across and said no it won't fit through and as my mum is disabled we asked to just leave in front room so that we could call my brother in law over later to help remove the doors to get through. When my brother in law arrived later we found that the fridge freezer didn't have to even have the doors removed and fit through with space! so seemed as though the delivery guys were just trying to go fast they did seem as though they was in a hurry this service cost me £30! For a job not completed they also got a bit narky that would took the doors of the old fridge that they was taking that they had to tape together even though it made their job much easier again for a service we paid for overall the delivery let you down!”
