Useless as always. Today was packing material for a move. Boxes, bubble wrap, tape. After being directed to lighting where it wasn?t, the same guy suggested I go to Sainsbury?s to see if they had cardboard boxes (presumably round the back). Whenever I need a reminder of what a poorly run business is, I go to B&Q first. Then I feel happy in every other shop I visit.

This particular B&Q Chiswick store Has one of the best staff that I have ever faced in my life. Mr Rida was able to help me to find all the items that I was after even though All the other staff were asking me to leave because the store was closed Including the tails, but Mr Rida Was determined to help me all the way until I got all my items ready he even gone to the trouble of reopening one of the tales for me so I can finish and pay.

Inaccessible for me as there is no toilet apparently. It takes me long enough to get there and then get around so to be excluded from being able to shop in person because your store disables me is disgusting. I'll be sharing this with several of the MS and neuro charities that I work with.

A 5 star experience mostly thanks to a top employee called Rishuk. He was working alone like a champ on a busy day. He was super efficient, professional and friendly. Matched and mixed our paint for us and gave us many options and ideas.

Today, I went into the B & Q to purchase paint. As fate would have it, I was fortunate enough to be attended to by Maria, a truly delightful individual. Her beaming countenance and exemplary customer service skills were simply extraordinary!Maria's enthusiasm to assist me knew no bounds, as she went above and beyond her duty to ensure my satisfaction. In all honesty, despite having frequented this establishment on numerous occasions, I must admit that this is the first time I have encountered such stellar service. I am immensely grateful to Maria for transforming my purchase into a truly joyous experience.

I have been to b&q store , Chiswick i was looking for some specific product regarding flooring and some hardware stuff to repair my door there was no one around to help me , Then I find a guy NAEEM and asked for assistance he walked through with me to find the product and helped me to placed the product in car , Very nice guy and best customer service And informative person , Will visit soon again !!

I waited to get paint mixed for almost an hour. The person served me was called Emmanuel. I had been queuing for 10 minutes and then he served someone who cut the queue who took up a lot of time. He then left the paint mixing area for about 10 minutes when nobody else was around to help customers. He then returned and was extremely slow and unhelpful. He THEN told me my paint would be ready in 3 minutes and left. His colleague helped me but he had mixed the wrong paint. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Doesn't seem to care about his job.

I went to get a few things for painting, and Zia in the Chiswick branch was very helpful and showed me where everything I needed was. Absolutely lovely staff! Very helpful.

Overall, it was a great store to find everything that you need, got some good bargains and the staff were all lovely. What let it down was the lack of outdoor plants in terms of range and health.

I had the pleasure of working with the customer advisor from the flooring department (Mr.Zia) and I must say he exceeded my expectations. His knowledge of flooring options was exceptional, and he provided valuable insights to help me make an informed decision. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Great service and very helpful staff. I was assisted by Dany. He wa very patient with all my beginner's questions abou paint an he helped me figure out what's good enough for the job and in my price range. Not only this, I showed him my designs and he helped me choose between various finish for each paint. And gave me a couple of handy painting tips too! :)I am glad to have found my one stop shop for all things DIY!

Sunday visit, I wanted to get some paint mixed. No service available, one person appeared to be mixing and after waiting a few minutes I left. I will try again when there is enough staff for the level of customers.
