The person who works behind counter is an extremely rude,ignorant individual,he shouts and even swears at customers,he then mumbles under his voice racist comments about white English people,DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!!!!!

Dreadful experience. Man behind counter was exceptionally rude when I tried sending a package. Really slow service with queue out of the door. DO NOT COME HERE

Not able to top up gas card or electric with fob key - the man said the gas card top up has been broken for 4 years and I should complain to BT myself for them to fix it as he does not have time! Our opening time 9.00AM daily but we do open early if we are ready. 95% of our branch customers served within10 mins. If you have to wait more then 30 minutes to be served in West Wickham or Addiscombe then go to 134 Wickham Road about 1.5 mile from either branch.
