Absolutely Terrible. they have lost two tracked valuable parcels in the space of a year, How is this even possible? I have simply been handed a claim form which is useless as the item I sent I no longer hold the receipt for. The assistant didn't even check my reference number, avoid this place at all costs.

I sent a parcel and specifically asked for Tracked 48 service, which should cost about £3. Wasn't until afterwards that I noticed I'd been charged £9 for special delivery, which was totally unnecessary.edit: Thank you for the detailed reply, it seems I was misinformed. It's strange that the best services are reserved for online and collection orders, but this perhaps should have been a review of Royal Mail's corporate polices instead.

Had terrible experience there, was dropping of the parcel and they refused to print a label even though I had a QR code and was instructed to visit any post office, they where so rude and dismissed me straight away considering that I queued up for about 25 mins. They need to train their stuff on customer service and how to do their job.

Staffs are so not helpful, they are not rude, but just lazy and not helpful, went there to collect a parcel, before checking, he told me that my parcel not there and asked me to come back at 1pm, I asked him to have a look first, then he found my parcel and told me he made a mistake ?!

Lost my parcel, tracking didn't even record it as collected from the post office. Last tracking said 'Sender preparing item'. Normally there's an update when the parcel is collected from the post office, it seems like the parcel wasn't labelled correctly for international shipping.

Rude and racist, then commenting on how I should spend my money when paying bills, very strange men. Only use wandsworth now. Gave the two stars for the lady thats always pleasant when serving customers.

Very bad service! Rude staff who do not even greet you and all they want is your money. I asked for 1st class post. The lady kept on pushing me to get a tracked order instead?! Why would I buy that if I don?t need it?! Very very bad service, I would not recommend this post office at all! Long lines and rude staff. I would stay away if I was you. Stingy people no respect for their customers.

The usual feel of being unwelcome unless you buy postage on the spot. Prepaid packages are always commended on in a negative way. OK, I thought I'd make an effort to let them do the work and get whatever commision it is that they are unhappy about with prepaid post. The result, is that I've had my parcel priced incorrectly, the recipient in the other country refused to pay the penalty and the fee, and my item was refused, AND consequently lost.Why did I bother with my good intentions?

The two guys there a bit rude and not willing to help much. They have expectations from the customers like your an employee of post office and you know everything and if you make a mistake filling out your envelope or parcel they shout at you . Could be a bit frustrating, I prefer to use other post offices...
