I've been very disappointed at the Gallions Reach store. Recently, I purchased multiple items but no bag was available as it was removed from the shopfloor because people steal it, which was the reason from the cashier. Good shop with lots of clothes to choose from, reason for 4 stars is they should have more tills and get rid of self service
