Today I went to exchange something I bought online to a smaller size, however was told by the ?manager? Ayn that this is not possible. I explained I have always changed it in this store but apparently her rule has always been in place and I can?t exchange it because she?s the manager and I can?t do anything about it. Let me tell you something dear, you?re only a manager for H&M and that?s nothing to boast and be proud of

I've been very disappointed at the Gallions Reach store. Recently, I purchased multiple items but no bag was available as it was removed from the shopfloor because people steal it, which was the reason from the cashier. So this was 2 fingers shown to customers, basically they were telling us if we buy multiple stuff then tough, you're on your own. They just didn't care, customers will buy multiple items but will have to take responsibility to carry them to the till. I don't know if this is replicated to other stores, but definitely Gallions Reach. Don't know if their policy will change.

Good shop with lots of clothes to choose from, reason for 4 stars is they should have more tills and get rid of self service

My experience at h&m is great. I love their clothes. I can basically find most things I am looking for when I go shopping at their stores. So it's always one of my go-to before any other shops. And they are also one of the best for basic wears ?. Will always recommend them ?

16 customers waiting in the queue with only 2 tills open with till operators going at a dead slow or stop pace. No thank you. I?ll take my business elsewhere!!!

Very disappointed in this store. I visited the store on Monday searching for a dress which is sold out in my size online. Online it showed store had all sizes available. Upon arriving I was told by a staff member this dress is not available and maybe in the delivery which was expected on Tuesday. The staff member took my details and said they will call me once the item is in store. After waiting a full four days I visited the store again to see the dress had arrived and I was not contacted and my size has sold out. Staff are very unhelpful and I felt really upset!

H&M stores can get very crowded, especially on weekends and holidays. And the clothes are not as well-made as they used to be and that they don't last as long.

Big store onto two levels and they've got lots of women, men and kids clothing items. Good quality as well. Just a downside is the queue at the till, sometimes you can wait more than usual as they are only one or two staff members.

Great location. Not crowded as city centre. No need to wait for fitting on a weekend. Found the top I wanted that sold out in other stores

Savannah who served me on the tills was amazing! She deserves to be the employee of the month as her customer service was great! She helped us navigate through the app and become a member which helped us save some money!

This store is a joke all year round, hardly any staff on shop floor, clothes are a mess etc. but TWO DAYS TO CHRISTMAS there was not a single staff member on the shop floor, absolutely ridiculous.
