“I took my elderly mother for an eye test at Hammersmith yesterday, she was very nervous as she hasn't been for a long while and her eyesight has got worse. We were made to feel very welcome and were very kind and caring with my mum throughout the whole eye test experience. They answered all her questions, and made her feel at ease, even though she has been told she has cataracts which scares her, they still were nice enough to encourage her to think seriously about having them removed. I can't fault the service.”

“I normally go to the Specsavers in Liverpool Street, so it was my first time visiting this branch, and I have to say that the staff members in this branch are absolutely amazing. A girl called Maneet served me, she was the best, so helpful and so kind. She helped me so much and honestly made my visit so much better. She really did go above and beyond to be able to help. I also want to mention how good the manager is, who goes by the name of Kam, who was also there to help me. Honestly, very very kind and helpful people. I 100% recommend you visit this branch, I'll for sure come back to this one, although it's 50 min away from me.”
