“Fantastic service and very helpful staff.My glasses broke and my local Brighton branch ordered new frames of the same type but could not confirm how long it would take...I happened to drop into the Holborn branch while in London for work. They had the same frame in store, provided an immediate lense switch and a second pair for half price (which my local branch did not offer).Brighton were happy to refund and I left Holborn with a new pair and a second on the way to my home address.Beata was terrific, reccomending a good backup set that were in my price range and thinner lenses to reduce risk of breakage!Impressed is an understatement.”

“The service here for my eye exam exceeded expectations. The Optometrist was thorough and explained everything he was seeing was explained in detail, what it meant etc. In my case, Glaucoma was detected (v rare for a 36 yo), so I was urged to go to A&E for further review. The Optometrist wrote a detailed referral form so the hospital knew exactly what to look for and I was able to receive treatment that evening. Beyond grateful!”

“I visited this branch yesterday, 19th July 2023, and Asal conducted my eye test and various checks. I found her to be very thorough and caring, providing some great extra eye care advice. Following the tests and checks, I was seen by Nikhita who helped select a couple of suitable pairs of glasses frames. I found her and store manager, Reg, to be very helpful and took time with selecting suitable frames. Again, very much appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.”

“Visited Boots in Balham on 15th March with my broken sunglasses. Well my glasses were on my head and got knocked by closing door on tube. All was fine apart from the clip that holds them on my nose this came out in one piece. Hussein was super helpful and fixed them for me within 5 minutes. Great customer service and will be back to the Balham Boots Opticians because of the excellent service from Hussein.”
