“It happened to me once that I've been given the wrong medication(I've asked something specific and they gave me something that I was allergic to), but I've gently asked if they can change it back and they did it with no problem. I've talked with a manager, I think, she's been really nice and polite, but she asked me who served me and I hope the lady wasn't in trouble after. Never had any other problem and no one has never been rude as all the comments said. It's normal to do mistakes or if they are in a bad mood one day.”

“Small branch but they do have quite a good range. Well laid out. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Not actually easy to know there is a branch there unless your walking past like I was.”
