I'd had an accident which was the cause of my needing and upgrade, this meant I was in a fair bit of discomfort when I visited. The team couldn't have been more attentive and accommodating and the person I just collected my specs from even remembered and asked if I'd recovered. Highly recommended.”

“I’ve been a customer of Swiss Cottage for many years and have always been very happy with their service.Today however, it was exceptional.Yesterday my glasses broke, the arm came off my glasses. I popped into the branch this morning and discovered that unfortunately they could not be repaired due to the style of the frame.I was looked after by Mona who was amazing, she looked up the model, found a similar pair (slightly different colour) and was able to pop out the lenses and put them in the new frames, so all I had to pay for was new frames.This was all done on the premises while I waited in 20 minutes.Mona was so helpful it made my day.”
