JD is more better then sports direct in customer service, They sell shoes with guarantee after few months it go defected , when I go store to replace it , the main manager say they are not giving any warranty and guarantee , they only laying to customer, so any one want to buy a shoe from this store be careful with that , store need to fired his manager she do not know how to deal with customers, she thinking she is boss and customers are mad , if this store want to be get more customers need change his manager

Shocking customer service. The women that calls herself a manager needs to go on a customer service course and learn some manners and also understand the 28 day return policy.The queue was 50 people deep! Honestly I'm not kidding! With 2 people serving. I went to find some more staff to ask if there was a possibility to open another till. I found the manager on the stairs having a team talk about how to serve customers? To be told their policy is no more than 2 people on the till and yet 4 people on the stairs is fine? She refused to give me her name but said it was OK to ring head office and give the date and time and they could difigure out who she was by that to complain she won't be opening another till. So Mrs management ot was 09.01.2023 at 4.50pm please teach your management how the 28 day return policy work and what people's rights are and also some manners

Very bad service with an exchange . Given the purchase receipt and the manager of this store refused to take my exchange just because it was not showing in their system. She only kept telling me no and no other reason. I would not recommend this store

Bought a jacket to go abroad for a school trip and mfs forgot to take the security tag off and I had to leave my hotel very fast to go to stores so me and some Mexican guy ended up having to use hammers to take it off and it ended up tearing , come here if u want to waste money .

Customer service is zero no one available to help you to pay for items you have to wait half an hour for the cashier as there is only one person working return is the worst thing is over here.

Had an awesome experience last Friday evening, and I ve got to give it up for the guy with glasses who works upstairs.. He was like a super server handling several customers at once, but he never missed a beat and that smile never slipped. Total pro and super helpful. Big kudos...

Worst service ever, cashier dint know hot to take cash, and waited for long time, when I asked why don't she take cash , the other lady was very rude and said if u going to be like this I will not serve u, I left about 200 pounds worth of shopping and left, this store should close down worthless and useless workers have no manners at all, @ sports direct employ ppl who know English and have patience to serve customers u make money from customers not out of thin air. Get some ppl who know how to use register and can handle cash n card.Three time I have gone is this store in past year every time bad customer service

I ask somebody for help, and one lady from shop she tell me to wait because a coleague of her its going to come and help me, but, i wait, and i wait, maibe 10 minutes with product i want to buy, still nobody come to help me, so, just a star for you today... P.S: I buy from your shop from allmost 7 years ???

Hello everyone my friend the sports direct Hayes in this shop the manager and team is not good for this companyBecause I spended karrimor KSB or Orkney Sn00 £80 but it's not worth it so, I want exchange my shoes with bill but they give excuse and other reasons for not exchanging. Also, talk with me very unprofessional and don't like that. Moreover, they cheat with me. Another thing when I but the shoes I already ask them it is exchangeable or not and they told me it is. So, if you want to buy shoes or anything sports items go on other shpos like JD and all.

The products have the tag of offer but while billing they don't give the offer, they are cheaters. The manager is also not helpful. I also had to come twice to get the offer. Horrible experience. There should be minus ranking, i would have give least rank for it.They are cheaters. Also they give wrong information saying they are the manager but then found someone else....

Do not buy in this store!!! My first and last time at sport direct!!!!! Gutted by the management!! Bought a pair of googles unfortunately, when I open the box the day after I notice they were damaged. I took the pair to the store to be replaced. When I explained the situation to the manager a mid-aged lady, I believe her name to be Sadia, she become completely irrational and argumentative. She aggravated me, she was extremely loud and aggressive, she implied I have broke the googles. Another costumer mentioned they had the same issue. I comment that as a store employee and manager she should make sure that the product it?s not damage at the time of the sale, that a costumer can not be bullied for suck a lack of responsibility from her side. She proceed by walking away and telling her staff to ignore my presence and serve other costumers. I have never came across to such a vulgar costumer service!! Totally avoid!!!
