Jenny explained everything to me in detail, making sure that the vaccine was right for me and that there were no underlying issues that they weren't aware of. She repeatedly confirmed with me that I wanted to proceed with the vaccine, to ensure that I was fully informed and consenting.When Jenny administered the vaccine, I didn't notice any pain at all, except for a very slight touch of the needle at the start. She was very gentle and professional. Before I left, she also made sure that I got my Advantage Card points for the vaccine, which was above and beyond.I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a professional and friendly pharmacy. Shelves are always stacked and easy to find as everything is where it’s meant to be. Staff are helpful store is clean and plenty of parking always come here for a food shop.”
