I had a problem with a car finance company taking the final payment of £5400 Twice!!!I went to the branch to sort it out and the staff there were brilliant thank you to the manager she really helped me ??

Absolutely shocking - the two girls at the front door are beyond incompetent and soo disinterested they may as well be wearing t-shirts saying ?don?t ask me?. Spent an hour opening a savings account for my baby - I had to do it all online on my phone in branch and they just had to verify his document. Watching Jennifer ?work? was how I imagine a diver in an old metal suit moving through treacle would look.

Terrible, been trying to get an appointment to open a joint account and can only do this on Saturday as I work Mon to Friday. So I tried walking into the branch where staff are standing around meetings and greeting but unable to help you if you haven't got an appointment. Guess I'll be staying with Barclays

What an old fashioned and annoying branch it is! We are here today to open an account and the staff member keeps on talking about various types of savings accounts even after we chose one. They don't care when we say we don't have time. They don't want to listen when we say we have already chosen what we want.When I asked to see the manager, he (Assistant Manager?) arrived and from the moment he came, he kept saying we do it that way and it is our standard process. No apology and no friendly manners. They don't want to hear at all when I tried to explain. Very defensive and stubborn. Pathetic customer service. Halifax! Hope your other branches are not like this. You are million years backwards.

So far so good, been twice there and one lady was really nice, help me with a statement, no queue, was perfect!

This branch is falling apart. Paying in machines dont work but no sign to say so. Male assistant very rude. Door doesnt work. Only 2 counters. By far the worst branch I've been to and this is a major commercial centre.

Talk about shocking service!!! Paid in a cheque via atm in Halifax Kingston only to receive the cheque back in the post stating it was rejected because â??payee was differentâ?! Like hell it was! Visited a different Halifax branch and cheque was accepted. Tried to call so called branch manager, left numerous messages and was promised a call back that same day...did he call me back? NO ð??? Thatâ??s the sort of lack of customer service you can expect from Halifax Kingston!

Not helpful at all. Staff (may be not all but the two ladies I met) are rude and not willing to help their customers. worst service ever. I was here twice with a request of splitting a joint account. Not only the staff rude but gave me several instructions which wasn't even required for a simple request like this. I went to another branch with the same request and my job was done within minutes of arriving there. I was surprised as how quickly one person can do the job and another just gave excuses. The worst branch I have been to in all these years.
