Please do NOT shop with ASOS. I tried to return an item because of size issues, but instead of a refund I only got a store credit. This was after double checking their email and contacting them to ensure I would get a refund. They lied! Beware!

My account was permanently blocked by ASOS on the allegation of ?unusual suspicious returns activity?. The ratio for my lifetime orders vs. items kept was at 33%, more than acceptable for online distant-shopping. Henceforth I can only presume ASOS banned my account because I was an unprofitable customer.The Retail ADR service gets provided by CDRL, I filed my complaint on 26 July 2021, however the adjudicator dismissed my claim and my account still remains blocked to this day. Just seems like ASOS are using its terms & conditions as a pre-text to disregard its customers and outstanding refunds.Because my customer activity was in-line with distant selling regulations, I then reported the matter to the Citizen?s Advice Bureau on 19-Nov-2021, they stated Trading Standards do not act on behalf of consumers, but my report would be kept as ?vital intelligence about how the trader operates their business.?

They returned a t-shirt that I returned because I didn't like it, and AFTER AN INSPECTION, they returned it to me because they say I used it. That is COMPLETELY FALSE, that shirt was returned as it arrived. I would never do something like that and I feel disrespected.Along with the same order I bought a sweatshirt, which after ONE wear, looks like it's years old. (In principle, after chatting with someone from ASOS, they are going to refund me the sweatshirt.)I'm sorry for what happened, as I won't be the best customer, but I won't be the worst either. You should definitely abandon what you assign a carrier for each order. I could not cancel my order after 1 day making a place! CS told me only i have 1 to cancel after ordering ? it's ridiculous indeed ????

Scam. I made an order and then immediately canceled it. Two weeks they made warehouse mistake and they shipped the canceled product. When i contacted them they reversed it mid journey. Refused refund. Now no product and no refund. Apparently its my problem. Absolute scam

They are sending used clothes.In case you want to send them back you're out of luck.It gets refused as it is as of them "inacceptable"The net is full of this type of scam.These are scammers. Looks like they turned the switch Nov/2023 as of that date I see everywhere complaints.Do never buy here as you will be disappointedJust have a look at tiktok/facebook/trustpilot, the complaints against ASOS get there their own groups.

Bought a pair or air fligh trainers that had glue all over them, bought them in the sale it was also my first ever order so I got a discount and they practically refused to exchange them and said I must reorder them at the price there now at online and I can have them replaced at the same price.

Bad customer service gets a new meaning after talking to Asos. Couldn?t return something on time due to a faulty QR code and that becomes your problem. $500 down the drain, happy holidays to you to Asos. This is just vile?

Unfortunately they close my account with giving me reason.Two returns was on they way prime member fee was payed as well.I have to report this to police from online shopping defrauding.
