Waited over 3 months for a re-mortgage application after an agreement in principle, due to gross incompetence... then they withdrew the application due to a nonsensical reason. Now I have to pay an extortionate interest rate because existing product has expired, whilst I find a serious bank to remortgage with. What shambles. I will be seeking compensation for wasting my time and causing me serious cost!

Disgusting service from Clydesdale. We waited 3 weeks for a mortgage application after being accepted for a DIP. Clydesdale then rejected our application without any communication last minute and 10 days before our completion date.Avoid at all costs, they will be reported to the FCA. Customer service is non existent. This bank will cost you £1000s.

Worst service imaginable. Took 4 hours to arrange a simple withdrawal which cost £40 in parking avoid at all costs and pray you do not have to use this branch or Virgin Money in general.
